  1. Doors open approx. 5.30 pm and the track is laid out in the hall. All members present are requested to assist.
  2. The track will open for practice only when it is complete.
  3. Drivers should use 12 volt car batteries to charge from and must have them in a leakproof container. Limited numbers of 240v sockets are available
  4. Booking-in to race will be from approx. 6.00 pm. First race 7.00pm prompt.
  5. Race fee £2.50 per night for LRCCC members and £3.50 for non-members (additional car £1.50 extra)
  6. Booking in will close at approx 6.45 pm, if you have a problem getting there in time to book-in, phone Jerry Clarke on 07795592058.
  7. Practice will begin as soon as the track is complete. You must book-in before practicing.
  8. Drivers will only have one 3 minute practice to give everyone else a chance to practice. Practice sessions will be controlled by a committee member or delegate. One practice session per person per car.
  9. Practice will end at approx 6.50 pm.
  10. Drivers must call out their frequency before practicing, if it is already in use you must wait for the driver to finish practise and switch their transmitter off.
  11. The heat list will be put up as soon after booking in closes as possible, drivers must check their heat number, car number and frequency - if there are any errors or problems with frequencies contact race control immediately.
  12. Fit the correct number on your car - numbers are free from the tuck shop area.
  13. Racing will start as soon as possible and normally within 5 minutes of the heat list going up.
  14. Timing is by an AMB transponder system and drivers must make sure they have a suitable mounting place for the transponder.
  15. Personal Transponders may be used but you must register them with Race Control when booking in.
  16. Drivers will be called to fit their transponders during the race preceding theirs, ensure you fit the correct colour and number transponder.
  17. At the start of the race put your car down on the track near the start line - do not drive round the track before the race.
  18. If you car breaks down during the race, a marshall will take it off the track - remain on the rostrum until the race is over
  19. Drivers will place their cars on the table at race control as soon as their race is over, remove the transponder, and go straight to marshal the next race. Cars can be collected after drivers have finished marshalling.
  20. There will be marshall point numbers around the track and brightly coloured waistcoats provided for the marshalls to wear.
  21. Under normal conditions three rounds of 5 minute heats will be run. Results will be displayed for each heat and at the end of each round.
  22. A Referee may be used for some/all of the races, persistent bad driving and track cutting will be penalised.
  23. After racing has finished at approx. 9.45 pm help to pack away the track equipment is appreciated.
  24. At 10.00 pm the hall has to be clean and empty - please take your rubbish with you.
